CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedules change and emergencies happen; therefore, I do require at least a 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments. If you do cancel after the 24 hour mark you will be required to pay by 50% of your service before being rescheduled. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will have to be rescheduled for another time. If I do not hear from you within that 15 minute period you will be considered a "NO SHOW" and will charged the full amount of your scheduled services. I value your time and feel that it is only fair to honor the same policies I hold my clients to. Should I need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment due to sickness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances I will get you rescheduled in a timely manner.
